South Buffalo Rugby Seeks U19 Boys Head Coach

The Head coach will be responsible to assist in establishing an under 19 boy’s side, organizing and running training, recruiting and retaining players, ensuring compliance with all USA rugby and league rules, and should be available to attend all training and games. This position will be compensated by having dues waived and CIPP registration covered by the club.

Minimum Qualifications: must have a USA rugby level 200 certification prior to the spring 2017 High school season and a two year commitment to the position.
The Head coach will also appoint assistant coaches with the approval of the director of youth rugby. Assistants will be allowed to apply time working with the u19 sides as required community volunteer hours for the club. Any interested applicant should email the director of youth rugby no later than November 15, 2016.

The club, the community and our sport as a whole will benefit greatly from a thriving youth program. It should be a priority to ensure the club and all members are actively support youth rugby.

All appointments will be made by the director of youth rugby after approval by the Executive committee.
